The Thelma Dingus Bryant Library is celebrating 40 years of service this year! To commemorate the occasion, an Open House is being held Tuesday, April 28 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Refreshments will be served, including birthday cake, which will be cut by the great grandchildren of the library's namesake.
