Member Spotlight: Robert H. Goslee & Associates

It’s Christmas in July and every other month for Manley Davis Carr, who works as a land surveyor and land planner when he’s not being Santa. Davis is the owner of Robert H. Goslee & Associates P.A. The company has two offices, Wallace and Wilmington, and has four licensed surveyors on staff. They do residential, land and commercial surveying, and their portfolio boasts some well known projects including River Landing, ILM Airport, and Carolina Beach State Park. They are also FEMA certified to conduct flood plain surveys for mitigation. The company utilizes all of the latest state of the art equipment including robotics and GPS. On the land planning side, they incorporate all the needs for a client into the planning of the project. They incorporate parking for shopping centers and public use areas in subdivisions into the terrain. Their current project is The Village at Duplin Winery, the mixed use development planned at I-40 Exit 390. The project, headed by David Fussell, will include a hotel, shops, restaurants, theater, winery and gardens. Of course we all know Davis best for his generosity in giving his time and attention to the town’s children as Santa during the holiday season. Our many thanks, Santa!
